Room reservations the day of the party MUST be phoned in to the hotel at 517-627-8471 and party only reservations can be phoned in to Tracy until 3pm after that they must be emailed in.  Party check-in will close at 10:30pm any arrivals after that must make prior arrangements.

Room cancellations not made by 6pm the day before the party are subject to cancellation fees. Any room not checked in or cancelled by 6pm the date of the party will be charged full rate.
